Homeowner Information
 Landlord: Tenant Occupied Townhome
CTHA logo CLEAN UP.png

HOMEOWNERS USE ONLY

CT landlords complete the form below regarding the lease, providing your contact information as well as your tenant(s) information.  Tenant information is required to enable the tenant to receive important community-wide notifications (i.e., water outage; availability of pool and other amenities; news relevant to all residents).   In addition, if you have engaged a property management company for your townhome, provide that contact information in the last field.

Submit all tenant changes via this form within 30 days of the lease, as required by the CTHA Rules & Regulations governing document. The data is directly submitted to Access Management Group ("AMG"), not maintained on this website.   A $250 homeowner fine will be imposed for each new lease not reported to AMG within 30 days of the lease.  -- NOTE:  AMG annually conducts a community-wide audit of townhome occupancy on behalf of CTHA; you will be notified by email.  All homeowners must respond (as homeowner-occupied or landlord); failure to do so timely will result in a $250 fine.

Landlord Responsibility Reminder:

The "Non-Resident Homeowners" page on this website was designed as a resource for you, as a landlord. It has the CTHA governing documents you are required to provide to your tenants to ensure their awareness of community standards and rules & regulations.  It also has a quick reference of some key rules & regulations that may be overlooked, all to aid you in fostering your tenants enjoyment of life at Chattahoochee Terrace.
