HOMEOWNERS USE ONLY

CT landlords please complete and submit lease/rental agreement information to Access Management Group ("AMG") via the the below form - including tenant(s) contact information.  The submission is directly transmitted to Access Management Group ("AMG"), and maintained in a secured database on behalf of CTHA.

Tenant information is required, enabling all residents to receive important community-wide notifications from AMG, CTHA's community management company (e.g., water outage; availability of pool and other amenities; news relevant to all residents).   If you have engaged a property management company for your townhome, also provide that contact information to keep them in the loop.

Submit all tenant changes via this form within 30 days of the lease, as required by the CTHA Rules & Regulations governing document. The data is directly transmitted to Access Management Group ("AMG").   A $250 homeowner fine will be imposed for each new lease and renter contact information not reported to AMG within 30 days of the lease.
