If you own more than one property, a separate form is required for each property as the submission will be linked to that townhome in the database.  The "Non-Resident Homeowners" page on this website provides you easy access to CTHA governing documents and rules & regulations, aiding you in meeting your responsibility to ensure your tenant(s) awareness and adherence to community standards.

Clicking "Submit" after completing the form sends the data directly to CTHA's property management company.  AMG utilizes the data for community-wide email notifications; contacting you in an emergency; and knowledge of all homeowners and residents receiving their services in the Chattahoochee Terrace community.
