If you are a homeowner occupying your Chattahoochee Terrace townhome, submit your contact information to AMG through this form. However, if you are renting out your property, return to the HOMEOWNER CONTACT FORMS page and select the LANDLORD FORM.

By clicking the "Submit" button below you are confirming that you occupy the listed townhome; data you provide is transmitted directly to CTHA's property management company, Access Management Group ("AMG").  AMG maintains the data in a secured database, on behalf of CTHA.

NOTE: AMG annually conducts a community-wide audit of townhome occupancy on behalf of CTHA; you will be notified by email.  All homeowners must respond (as homeowner-occupied or landlord); failure to do so timely will result in a $250 fine.
