Their role is to help homeowners and residents navigate community operations, common area maintenance concerns, account questions, architectural requests, and governing document inquiries. They can resolve many issues directly; coordinating with the appropriate Board member, committee, or community vendor as needed. Contacting AMG helps ensure requests are tracked, documented, and addressed as efficiently as possible.
- 02Several pest control services are included in Association dues and are provided through our community pest control vendor, Team Pest USA. Common Area Pest Control Team Pest USA routinely treats our community's common areas for general household pests such as ants, roaches, spiders, earwigs, and similar insects. If you observe pest issues in a common area, please report them to Access Management so they can be addressed through the Association's service program. Please note that the Association's pest control contract does not include treatment inside individual townhomes. (Team Pest USA no longer provides interior pest control services upon request.) Mosquito Control To help improve outdoor enjoyment of the community, Team Pest USA treats common areas for mosquitoes monthly from April through September. While these treatments help reduce mosquito populations, residents are encouraged to eliminate standing water around their homes, as even small amounts can become breeding areas. Termite Protection CTHA maintains a community-wide termite bond through Team Pest USA. Termite bait stations located in the common areas adjacent to townhomes are inspected and serviced. The termite bond includes treatment and repair coverage in accordance with the terms of the bond. Homeowners who suspect termite activity or have questions regarding coverage, please contact Team Pest USA directly at 770-985-4444.
- 03Wildlife & Rodent Prevention CTHA's wooded setting is one of our community's defining features. Residents are encouraged to proactively protect both the community and its natural surroundings by properly managing trash, pet waste, and other conditions that may attract wildlife. Help reduce pest activity and wildlife intrusion by properly storing trash, only placing trash curbside the morning of pickup, promptly cleaning up pet waste, eliminating standing water, and keeping backyard areas free of excessive debris and dense overgrowth.
